Context
French car manufacturer Renault has over 550 Renault dealerships in France. The dealer information displayed by the previous online search tool was confusing and it was not possible to contact the selected dealer directly.

Brief
Redesign the dealer search tool to offer the user a more fluid experience, giving them access to all the useful information about the selected dealer and enabling them to make an appointment.

My role
After designing the UX and then carrying out user tests using wireframe prototypes, I produced the UI design for the dealer search tool. This new design offers users a more flexible experience, allowing them to switch between 3 different displays for search results: a 'map' view, a 'list' view or a view combining the map and the list of dealers on the same screen. Information about the selected dealer is now displayed in a consistent and easy-to-read way, and it is possible to book an appointment or contact the dealer directly.
